Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab

The Cath Lab is equipped with advanced technology and supports a range of cardiac procedures. The unit typically has 120 beds with a staffing ratio of 3-4 staff per room. There are four staff members on the day shift working from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. After hours and weekends, staff members are on a call rotation basis. The types of procedures performed in the unit include electrophysiology, structural heart interventions, and coronary procedures. Candidates must be self-motivated and team-focused. The dress code consists of royal blue scrubs. Staff are required to float between pre and post procedures within the Cath Lab. On-call duties are rotational among existing staff. This position is being filled to address a vacancy within the unit.
