Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed. Scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required. Must be open to working weekends - will likely exceed every other to meet unit need.

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
