Director of MarTech & Customer Data Platforms

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned MarTech leader to own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including CRM, CDP, and data platforms.
You will partner with product, marketing, data, and engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and drive customer data strategy and lifecycle marketing. You will lead engineering teams, stay hands-on when needed, and shape roadmaps for marketing automation, customer journeys, and platform integrations.
