Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager of Cardiovascular Lab Services is responsible for planning, directing, and administering the Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Lab (Special Procedures), Electrophysiology, Pre/Post Holding Unit, and staff to ensure quality service on a 24‑hour basis and accomplishment of department responsibilities and goals in accord with corporate, hospital, department, and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. The manager provides high‑quality patient care, liaises with patients and representatives, promotes teamwork with physicians and all health‑care providers, fosters internal and external customer satisfaction, ensures appropriate resource management, and drives efficient operation of the department to maximize productivity and minimize costs. The manager also assists the administrator in QA and PI projects and oversees education, competencies, and quality service for all nursing and technology functions within the cardiology service program. The manager is responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of department responsibilities and goals in accordance with corporate, hospital, department, and safety policies and procedures. Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure, subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum 3 years of clinical Cath Lab nursing experience in an acute care setting. Minimum 1 year of experience as a full‑time Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management. We are an equal opportunity employer.
