SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON THE CANDIDATE’S SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/Tester with one of our government clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress. Responsibilities Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application QA Prepare and participate in internal design sessions Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed Qualifications TS Cleared. Onsite 5 days a week. Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years of work experience (including internships). Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team. Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA. Application/software testing experience. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (Beginner) Experience with Manual Testing (Beginner) Experience with Agile Project Management (Beginner) Experience with Business Requirements Analysis (Beginner) Experience with Jira Ticketing (Beginner) Clear written communication and documentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight. Able to develop strong client relationships.
