Kid Zone Assistant Make a lasting impact on students while having fun with activities like arts and crafts, gym games, and hands‑on learning centers. The role involves engaging with students before and after school, leading educational and enjoyable activities, ensuring safety, and participating in field trips. What you will do Works directly with and supervises large and small groups of children in planned activities throughout various settings, such as classroom, cafeteria, gym, computer lab, playground and while on field trips. Work with children with a variety of needs. Supervises children during transition, breakfast, lunch and snack. Assists the Kid Zone Instructor in preparing and implementing the daily curriculum. Maintains room environment by setting up, cleaning and storing supplies and equipment. What we are looking for 18 years of age, high school diploma Training or experience working with children in a group tutorial and supervisory setting. Interpersonal skills that lend themselves to a compatible working relationship with students and other adults in the workplace as determined by the coordinator. Possess basic academic competencies to provide tutorial assistance to the student(s) as needed.
