Per Diem / PRN Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $46 per hour

Job Overview Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN (per diem) Location: Bowling Green, KY, Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital (joint venture with Select Medical & Vibra). Compensation: $46.00 per hour. Schedule: PRN / per diem. Responsibilities Use independent and interdependent judgment to maintain quality care and assure nursing care plans are followed. Collaborate with physicians to implement assessment plans, evaluate outcomes, and follow up on plans of care. Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of patients. Provide nursing care to meet the needs of hemodialysis patients. Interpret assessment data and information. Collaborate with providers regarding dialysis treatment plans. Perform hemodialysis as prescribed. Teach and counsel patients and families. Qualifications Minimum requirements: Valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License. At least one (1) year of hemodialysis experience. BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire. Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: Hemodialysis experience in the acute care setting or acute care experience.
