Executive Director, TechOps Alliance and Strategic Partnerships

This executive director role shapes strategy and governance for key external partnerships supporting manufacturing, technical operations, and supply chain activities. The position serves as a senior enterprise partner aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and establishing operating mechanisms across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead strategy and governance for external manufacturing and technical partnerships
Align internal and external stakeholders on partnership objectives and execution
Anticipate risks and opportunities within partner ecosystem
Establish operating mechanisms to deliver commitments across product lifecycle
Support executive decision-making through partner performance insights

Requirements

Deep alliance management and biopharmaceutical industry expertise
Senior-level experience in partnership strategy and governance
Demonstrated ability to align internal and external stakeholders
Strong capability in risk identification and opportunity assessment
Experience establishing operating mechanisms in complex organizations
