Lead HVAC Installer Sergeants Electric, Heating and Air $60,000-$100,000 Per Year | Full-Time | Full Benefits | Year-Round Work Sergeant's Electric, Heating and Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in North Port FL. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Oversee and train installation helpers and junior installers Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality products Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Maintain accurate job documentation and inventory Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job What We're Looking For 3+ years of Lead HVAC Installer experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices Ability to lead a crew and manage jobs efficiently Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset What We Offer Percentage pay per job Full-time, year-round work Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Company-provided uniforms Ongoing training and career development Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow Why Sergeants Electric, Heating and Air?
