Senior Designer

What you'll do: · Work alongside our founder to establish seasonal concepts to drive each collection or capsule.· Present the concept in a manner that is compelling (tear sheets, samples, other methods of visual representation) and able to be referred to as needed (We use Miro).· Building and maintaining of physical seasonal boards for visual representation of all style details within a collection. · Seasonal color palettes· Sketching of all styles.· Hands on fabric selection based on desired performance and hand feel of each style. · Branded trim development and approvals.· Artwork design/direction (prints and graphics). · Lab dip and strike off approvals. · Collaborate regularly with production manager to ensure margin and delivery goals are achieved.· Development tech packs for all styles.· BOMs.· Proto fittings– You are not LEADING these, but you are always present to ensure your vision/design intent is executed. · Working with cross functional teams as needed. · Following design calendar & meeting all critical deadlines.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Who you are:The thought of working for a startup does not scare you, it excites you.
