Position Summary

As a Tele-Psychometrist , you will play a central role in direct patient care by administering and scoring comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological test batteries via video tele-health platforms. Working under the supervision of licensed clinical neuropsychologists, you will ensure test administration fidelity, record detailed behavioral observations, and create an engaging virtual assessment environment for pediatric patients and young adults. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields who have hands-on experience administering and scoring core standardized instruments (such as the WISC-V, WIAT-IV, NEPSY II, and D-KEFS). This is a fully remote position. 

How You'll Make an Impact

• Administer & Score Digital Assessments: Conduct standardized test batteries remotely using digital platforms (e.g., Q-interactive) and accurately enter subtest scores and psychometric data into the EMR.
• Engage Patients & Capture Observations: Build quick rapport with pediatric clients over video, manage attention and fatigue during sessions, and document precise behavioral observations regarding effort, affect, and testing validity.
• Provide Tech & Caregiver Guidance: Orient families to the virtual testing setup (webcams, audio, digital interfaces) and troubleshoot basic connectivity or software issues smoothly.
• Collaborate Interdisciplinarily: Partner closely with supervising neuropsychologists on battery selection, testing modifications, and timely report compliance.

What Makes You, You

• Assessment Expertise: Direct experience administering and scoring core standardized instruments (WISC-V, WIAT-IV, K-TEA 3, NEPSY II, D-KEFS, etc.).
• Telehealth Savvy: Proficient in navigating EMRs, HIPAA-compliant video platforms, and digital assessment software.
• Detail & Data Focused: Exceptional accuracy in scoring, psychometric data entry, and documentation.
• Engaging Remote Communicator: Warm, empathetic style with the ability to maintain focus and rapport with children through a screen.

The Basics You'll Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a closely related field required (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience administering and scoring standardized neuropsychological tests.
• Credentials: Certified Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) credential via the BCP is a strong plus, but not required.
• Workspace: Private, quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with a high-speed, reliable internet connection.

Salary Range

$25—$35 USD
