CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Assist patients in daily activities and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene while adhering to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bedside care including bathing, grooming, and feeding patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with mobility and transferring exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient environment.
• Follow infection control standards and complete documentation as required.
• Work weekends and adhere to rotational scheduling to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be certified through Prometric as a CNA.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic patient care and safety procedures.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
