Job Description We are looking for a Sales & Design Consultant who will join our Costa Mesa team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients transform their spaces by identifying the perfect furniture pieces to fit their lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic goals. Location: Roche Bobois Costa Mesa: 3309 Hyland Avenue Suite C Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Sale Welcome and greet customer Learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our client Know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing.. Use our 3D software company tools when for project Follow up with leads in a professional manner Be on house calls when require Factory purchases follow Place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up Provide updates to clients when need Customer's service Coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our custom Be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests Update the store tagging (Prices, special promo Marketing store tools when needed Assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager Report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution Required Skills Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills Motivation to work in a sales environment Strong Interest in the furniture business Bachelor degree or equivalent AutoCAD, Photoshop, 20/20, and experience in the Furniture Industry is appreciated #J-18808-Ljbffr Roche Bobois
