\n \nStructural Forensic Experts: We provide independent investigations of alleged design errors and omissions, construction defects and project delays. We are more than just Structures; our professional staff ranges across all disciplines in the Design and Construction industries.
\n \nCurrently, we are seeking Experts in Architecture located in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama .
\n \nRole Description
\n \nPart-time staff is needed to evaluate defects and delay claims in design and construction. We work throughout the United States, with staff is located in Florida; Georgia; Alabama; South Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Indiana; Missouri, West Virginia, Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. There are several strong regional teams you can join, or you can work remotely from your home. Some travel will be necessary.
\n \nQualifications
\n \nRegistered Architect in a least one state
\nExpertise in your subject matter as demonstrated by professional experience, licensure or certifications, and secondary education
\nMinimum of 15 years experience with diverse project types including renovation and new construction
\nFamiliarity with Owner-Architect; Owner- Engineering/Consultants ; Owner-Contractor; Architect- Engineering/Consultants contracts, especially AIA B101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Architect and Owner, and A201-2017 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction
\nAble to demonstrate project leadership experience in all phases of design through construction, especially Construction Administration and Specifications writing
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.
\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.
\nScheduling flexibility and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
\nProvide references upon request.
\n \nPay Structure
\n \nContractors are paid an hourly rate based on their qualifications and the nature of the work required.
