Strategic M&A & Growth Manager

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support the execution of merger and acquisition transactions and drive inorganic growth, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate with M&A and operations leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute growth initiatives, develop financial models, coordinate due diligence, term sheets, and presentations, and help integrate acquisitions post-close.
