A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group is expanding its Rheumatology Department and seeking 2-3 Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologists to join their thriving team. With over 50 providers and 40+ years of successful practice across the San Francisco, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento regions , this group offers long-term stability, collaborative culture, and outstanding earning potential.

This is an outpatient-only opportunity with no hospital or inpatient call responsibilities. The group is recruiting for both current openings and future hires (2025/2026 graduates), with a preference for those who have strong ties to Northern California .

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only Rheumatology

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable base salary (~$300K range), plus:

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Must hold or be eligible for California medical license
• No visa sponsorship available
• 2026 graduates must demonstrate clear ties to the SF Bay Area / Northern California
• Both experienced physicians and fellows encouraged to apply
