Travel Level II Trauma Operating Room Registered Nurse - $3,116 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Circulate complex surgical cases while maintaining a sterile and safe operating room environment.
• Assist with orthopedic, neuro, trauma, vascular, robotic, GYN/Urology, ENT, plastics, ophthalmology, and general surgery procedures.
• Monitor patient safety and advocate for patients throughout the surgical process.
• Prepare surgical equipment, supplies, and advanced technology for procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center.
• Trauma experience is required.
• Strong experience in:
  • Orthopedics (including total joints)
  • Neurosurgery (including craniotomies)
  • General & Trauma Surgery
  • Vascular Surgery
  • Endovascular/Hybrid Procedures
  • GYN/Urology
  • ENT & Plastic Surgery
  • Ophthalmology
  • Robotic Surgery
• Must be comfortable working in a busy Level II Trauma OR.
• Minimum 1 year of Epic experience required.
• First-time travelers are not accepted.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS strongly preferred.
• Pending state license accepted.
