Home Infusion Inpatient Staff Pharmacist - Oklahoma City, OK

A healthcare facility in Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist with expertise in home infusion and inpatient hospital settings. This role focuses on sterile compounding within a home infusion environment, supporting patient care through accurate and safe medication preparation and dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications according to established protocols and standards.
• Manage home infusion prescriptions and ensure proper medication distribution.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in rotating schedules to support pharmacy operations Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacy license is required.
• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy practice.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic healthcare team.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts such as 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Initial 13-week contract with the possibility of direct hire based on performance.
