About the Company This company is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that is expanding operations in its Florida division. The role is full‑time, salaried, and offers an ESOP and strong benefits. Position Details Full time role with company ESOP and great benefits. Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Use AutoCAD, Revit, ENERCALC, and RAM for design work. Communicate and coordinate with project teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Collaborate independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification in the State of Florida Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ENERCALC, and RAM Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Experience designing low‑rise and mid‑rise structures with concrete and masonry Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
