Community Resource Navigator - Health Access & Outreach
Sea Mar
Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Community Resource Navigator to provide information and assistance on health coverage, local resources, and Sea Mar services. You will educate eligible individuals on insurance options, assist with applications, and help schedule initial medical, dental, and care management appointments. Travel to various Sea Mar sites and home visits may be required. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, bilingual #J-18808-Ljbffr Sea Mar
