Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri Salary: $75K - $100K based upon experience SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. Maintains a reduced patient care caseload while responsible for the leadership of the clinic. Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor. Facilitates team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions. Will be involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. Responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic. Identify key indicators and impact them. Communicates with Market Manager on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement, staffing issues and performance appraisals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathologyrequired. If SLP: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience required. Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist required. A minimumof two years supervisory or management experience in a RehabilitationOutpatient Clinic setting required.
