You will join our US team in New York City, at the heart of Lisan Finance’s transatlantic Global CFO activity, with a focus on HR Advisory work. You will report to our Head of HR Advisory Services and work closely with the entire HR team on day-to-day operations and key projects supporting our growing US client base, which includes some purely US companies and French companies with US operations. Your responsibilities: HR Consulting Services for clients Support our HR team in managing clients’ payroll processes Support our HR team in assisting on clients’ benefits administration matters, including enrollment updates, documentation, and employee communications Contribute to clients’ onboarding processes, from preparation to day‑to‑day coordination Contribute to internal HR documentation and knowledge management (guides, templates, best practices), as well as ad hoc research projects on specific HR needs Required profile American candidates authorized to work in the U.S. Or French Students pursuing a U.S. degree or LL.M. who are looking to gain their first work experience in the United States under OPT A first experience (internship or work-study) in HR advisory services or in the HR department of a US start-up or scale-up (HR Assistant, HR Admin, Talent Acquisition, etc.) Strong interest in HR operations (payroll, benefits, onboarding, HR administration, and the employee lifecycle); basic knowledge of US employment and corporate compliance (payroll, benefits, state registrations) is a plus Ability to follow structured processes and keep records organized and up to date Comfortable working with standard office tools (Google Workspace / MS Office), HR and Payroll platforms (e.g., Justworks, Gusto, Rippling, ADP, etc.), and state online filing portals Proactive, curious, and able to ask the right questions when dealing with complex topics Strong attention to detail and rigor when handling legal and HR documentation Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client data Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Fluency in French is a strong plus Conditions & benefits Competitive compensation Access to a 401(k) plan with company matching Paid leave and sick days Remote work permitted, with offices ideally located in New York’s Financial District Participation in company seminars in the US and other events in New York Strong exposure to international topics, leveraging Lisan Finance’s transatlantic DNA Potential full-time employment offer at the end of the internship Recruitment process First interview to assess experience and motivation – videoconference Second technical interview (case studies and role-playing exercises) – videoconference #J-18808-Ljbffr Lisan Finance, Inc
