Job Description Job Description The Front Desk Medical Receptionist will serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for patients in a specialty medical practice. This role involves coordinating patient flow, managing appointment schedules using proprietary software, and maintaining accurate patient records. The receptionist will ensure a smooth and professional experience for every patient while supporting the clinical staff through efficient communication and organization.
