Mental Health Group Facilitator

Position Summary: We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead educational, psychoeducational, and support groups for clients in our behavioral health/substance use disorder programs. This is a per-dem position with a flexible schedule-perfect for professionals seeking supplemental income or varied hours. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based practices Lead psychoeducational and coping skills sessions tailored to client needs Accurately document group content and attendance in client records Communicate pertinent client information to the clinical team Maintain compliance with ethical standards and confidentially laws Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment Skilled in group dynamics, documentation, and trauma-informed care Dependable, professional, and culturally competent Ability to work a flexible, per diem schedule Preferred: Experience in a residential or outpatient rehab setting Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or any registered intern Why Work With Us?
