Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license, with certification for the applicable grade level(s)
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of state and federal special education regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Willingness to adapt to diverse student needs and changing classroom environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique abilities and learning styles
• Create and manage IEPs in collaboration with parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate that encourages student engagement and achievement
• Track student progress and document ongoing assessment results
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to maximize student access and participation
• Maintain clear, timely communication with families regarding student goals and progress
• Support and advocate for students across academic, behavioral, and social domains
