We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Dallas office. You understand the importance of client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and you have a deep desire to help lead a team that shepherds our clients through this process. You come with personal injury litigation experience and a desire to win for your client. We need a litigator who can exemplify the heart, drive, excitement, and genuine buy-in that all employees at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers strive for every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of legal professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the firm's litigation team leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to the firm's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 - 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 2+ years of personal injury-related experience.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
• Communication: Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Organizational Skills: Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases.
• A Good Heart: A desire to maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and always enjoy your work. Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others, licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
