We’re looking for a talented Visual & Motion Designer who is a graphical technical wizard. What you’ll do Visual Content Production: Design and deliver graphics, layouts, presentations, and marketing collateral for campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives. Video & Motion Design: Produce, edit, and refine video content (explainer videos, product demos, ads, tutorials, social clips) with strong storytelling and attention to detail. Brand Consistency: Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand assets adapted for multiple channels and audiences. Multi‑Format Adaptation: Prepare content for web, social, events, and paid media—optimizing for performance and format. Tool Mastery & Innovation: Use industry‑standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and experiment with modern tools (AI, templates, automation) to streamline workflows. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and product teams to turn briefs into compelling deliverables. Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, templates, and media for efficient reuse and scalability. Your mission is to turn it into something tangible and beautiful—whether it’s a social video, a product demo, or a sales deck, your output is consistently on brand. If you enjoy cleaning up assets, perfecting motion curves, and making layouts pixel‑perfect, this is where your skills will shine. Qualifications Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout. Proven experience in video and motion design/production. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. Ability to work efficiently across multiple formats and adapt content for different platforms. Comfort with brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency while keeping assets visually engaging. A proactive mindset—someone who takes briefs and runs with them, delivering work that’s polished and precise and of high‑quality, quickly. Collaborator at heart, able to work closely with the creative director and marketing team to refine ideas, iterate quickly, and ensure alignment with overall brand vision. (Nice to have) Experience experimenting with AI‑driven design or motion tools. Fluent in English, written and spoken (Swedish is a plus).
