Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Daily Responsibilities:

• Load securement and tarping on flatbeds, using chains, binders, and proper tie‑down practices.
• Conduct required pre-trip/post-trip inspections and keep complete, compliant logs.
• Work with dispatch to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

Compensation & Equipment:

• Receive 80% of gross pay with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own option available with ownership possible within one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models.
