Applications Analyst

This brand-new role puts you at the center of it all: Manage and optimize enterprise business applications across the District — from utility billing and financials to work orders and asset management. Drive improvements to business processes and deliver faster, smarter outcomes for staff and customers. Collaborate with departments, vendors, and IT teams to keep critical systems running at peak performance. Lead projects from procurement and configuration through implementation and training. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, including application configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, systems integration, and user support. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: A valid California Class C Driver’s License must be maintained at all times.
