Senior Manager of Retail Media

A high-growth marketing organization is seeking a Senior Manager, RetailMedia to drive performance across complex commerce ecosystems. Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in retail media or commerce-focused performance marketing Must have experience with Amazon Advertising Preferred experience with Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, and Kroger Precision Marketing Familiar with platforms like Skai, Pacvue, or Perpetua Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights Effective communicator comfortable in client-facing settings What You’ll Do Develop and lead retail media strategies across major commerce platforms Manage campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to drive return on investment Build and run testing plans to improve performance and uncover insights Use campaign tools to streamline workflows and scale programs Translate data into actionable recommendations and client-ready narratives Lead client meetings, including quarterly reviews tied to business outcomes Partner internally to ensure accurate reporting and billing What Success Looks Like Campaigns meet or exceed performance and growth targets Budgets are efficiently managed with accurate forecasts Data insights drive ongoing optimization and strategy Clients trust your guidance and value your perspective Testing delivers measurable improvements Execution remains efficient across multiple retail platforms Salary Range $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience Location Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
