Actively Screening for Lab Technician to join global leader in cleaning and sanitation products in Kennesaw, GA!

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all steps of routine experimentation including sample prep, equipment orientation, instrument control, data processing, and analysis
• Accurately maintain and update laboratory databases. This includes transferring critical information from physical lab notebooks to digital systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. (or anything similar that’s in line with “Data Management”)
• Conducts product performance and field testing
• Approves, holds, and/or rejects products based on laboratory analysis versus specifications
• Ensures compliance to current regulatory requirements, following GMP guidelines for data reporting, and preparation of validation protocols, raw data generation, and final reports
• Conducts reexamination of borderline results, research technical literature and communicates opportunities for process improvements

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0-1 years of Laboratory Experience - chemical manufacturing is a plus
• Basic chemistry science/skills preferred (PPE, scale usage, pipettes, analytical balances, force gauge, pH meter, calipers, spectroscopy, etc.)
• Experience working with sample labeling, working in a quality control lab is a plus
• Experience working with/supporting ISO 9001 regulations is a plus
• Open to EL candidates or someone with administrative experience who is interested in starting career in a lab
• Relay information accurately and they have to work independently

Work Environment

• Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm EST
• Must be comfortable working with colleagues in the warehouse
• 60% lab | 30-40% warehouse

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennesaw, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kennesaw,GA.
