RETS Associates on behalf of our client, an entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate firm based in Walnut Creek, CA , is seeking a skilled CRE Real Estate Analyst (Asset Management and Acquisitions) to join our client’s team. BAY AREA CANDIDATES ONLY. With a proven track record of optimizing real estate value resulting in over $1 billion in gross assets, this firm holds a diverse portfolio of 5+ MSF across Western markets. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the executive leadership team and to specialize in acquisitions underwriting, asset management, and capital markets. Qualifications: BA/BS degree with strong GPA. 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate analysis using Excel. ARGUS is a plus.
