NURSE PRACTITIONER

Position Description The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries in a Family Practice model setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis. Additionally, at certain sites, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is responsible for dispensing pharmaceuticals from the clinic dispensary and shooting routine clinical X‑Rays. Desired Education or Certifications Criteria Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner program; certified by the Nevada State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practitioner of Nursing, and must be licensed in the State of Nevada.
