In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. It’s the perfect next step for someone ready to lead, learn, and grow in a fast-paced retail environment. What You’ll Do Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
