Warehouse Worker (Shipping & Receiving)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with at least 3 years of shipping and receiving experience to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

• Create shipping labels and verify shipment accuracy

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials

• Load, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse

• Select appropriate shipping methods for deliveries

• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization

• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience

• Experience with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping

• Inventory management and material handling experience

• Experience creating shipping labels and shipping documentation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software

• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boonton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
