Bartender

Join the Hilton Mystic team as a Bartender, where you'll create memorable experiences by crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Located in beautiful Mystic, CT, this role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on exceptional service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory. Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar. Requirements Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
