What You'll Do

• Install complete HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties
• Complete residential replacement and retrofit installations
• Install HVAC equipment for new construction projects
• Fabricate and install ductwork systems
• Run refrigerant lines, flue piping, gas piping, and condensate drains
• Wire and connect low-voltage controls and thermostats
• Start up, test, and confirm proper system operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and startup issues in the field
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members

What You'll Bring

• At least three years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong residential retrofit and replacement experience
• New construction and light commercial experience is a plus
• Ability to install furnaces, heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, mini splits, and air handlers
• Working knowledge of duct design and airflow principles
• Ability to independently troubleshoot installation and startup issues
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and installation standards
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
