Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including managing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, and use of electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Ability to supervise and provide direction for therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education as assigned. Adherence to state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Assignment Duration: 13 Week assignment. Caseload Expectation: 60-minute initial evaluation plus treatment sessions as standard. Population Served: Adult outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients. Clinician Responsibilities: Evaluation, individualized treatment plan development, documentation, charge entry, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
