Administrative Assistant to Directors - Health Services

Provides administrative assistant support to Directors along with their associated committees if needed. provides back-up to the Administration Department assistants when they are out of the office, as the administration assistants will do for this position. Calendars and meetings’ management and support; meetings support; confidential correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets creations within established format processes; reports’ creations; and other assistant duties as requested. This position will support our medical staff services and quality directors, along with their associated committees. Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent Minimum of three years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant; preferably in health care and/or Facilities Accomplished in composition, grammar, spelling, proofreading and editing Proven computer experience in Microsoft Office programs including, SharePoint, Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe and Outlook Minimum typing ability of 60 WPM Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and regulations Knowledge of policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications: Additional education/administrative assistant degree #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthPartners
