- Skilled in All Aspects of Drywall Installation & Repair - Experience in hanging, taping, mudding, finishing, and patching drywall.
- Proficiency in Residential & Light Commercial Drywall Work - Including new installations, wall & ceiling repairs, remodels, and water damage restoration.
- Mastery of Drywall Finishing Techniques - Ability to achieve smooth, seamless finishes and apply level 3, 4, or 5 finishes based on project needs.
- Experience with Texturing & Matching Existing Finishes - Including orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel, and smooth finish.
- Ability to Work Clean & Minimize Dust - Must use proper dust control methods, including plastic sheeting, vacuum sanders, and job site cleanup.
- Understanding of Framing & Structural Support - Ability to install drywall on wood and metal studs, ensuring secure and level installations.
- Reliable & Professional - Show up on time, clean up after yourself, and treat customers' homes with respect and care.
- Your Own Work Vehicle - A truck or van suitable for transporting materials and tools.
- Your Own Tools - You'll need standard drywall tools, including taping knives, hawks, mud pans, sanders, and stilts (if required for ceilings).
- Smartphone & Tech-Savvy - Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily to track jobs, update work orders, and communicate with the team.
- Valid Driver's License - We work with professionals our customers can trust.
