Occupational Therapist – Occupational TherapyShift: 8 hoursContract Length: 18 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40Requirements:Current state license as an Occupational TherapistProof of current CPR certificationCurrent driver's licenseReliable transportation and insuranceTwo years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation settingGraduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational TherapyRoles & Responsibilities:Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and establish a Plan of Care (POC).Document and revise clinical records, including progress notes and phone orders.Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional mobility and safety.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and implement patient care plans.Educate patients on skills and techniques for daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment.Ensure compliance with infection control procedures in all patient care activities.Compliance / Notes:Must meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the licensing board.Flexibility in schedule and local travel is required.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.Client Details:City: Prescott State: AZTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
