Registered Nurse Labor & DeliveryImmediate opening for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. Position requires working night shifts of 12 hours. Mandatory holiday coverage is expected unless the unit is closed. Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Employee separation policy applies for recent past employees. The maternity unit has a bed size accommodating labor, newborns, and NICU patients. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:1 in labor and 1:2 in postpartum. Volume of deliveries is estimated at 50-60 births per month. Experience with diverse patient types, including antepartum, mothers, newborns, and OB/GYN, is preferred. Candidates must have travel nursing experience within the last 15 months. Professional references from charge nurses, nurse managers, or nursing directors are preferred.
