WHAT WE OFFER

Basepay of$15 - $21/hr after monthly bonuses based on performance Medical, vision and dental available Growing location with advancement opportunities This position is backed by a seasoned team from the Wichita, KS location

RESPONSIBILITIES

Moving is stressful – join our team and let’s take the stress out of our customers' day. Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries for our Wichita, KS and Topeka, KS locations Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction Calmly and professionally pass along customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues to management All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate will have a winning attitude, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. They will also possess an ability to build relationships and provide first class customer service utilizing their strategic selling skills and compassion for others. High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Wichita, KS.
