Global Logistics PMO & Ops Excellence Leader

3M is seeking a Sr Manager, Operations Excellence and PMO in Dekalb, IL, to lead cross-functional supply chain and distribution improvement initiatives within Global Logistics. You will drive PMO standards, coordinate multi-team projects, and mentor future leaders while partnering with business leaders on budget and scope. The role requires 10+ years in supply chain/operations excellence, PMP/Lean Six Sigma, and proven experience in managing complex projects in large organizations.
