Speech Language Pathologist

We’re searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who thrives in a collaborative school environment and is passionate about making a direct impact in children’s lives. In this role, you will: Provide speech-language therapy services for a diverse range of students in K-12, with multiple caseload options available based on your experience and preference. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at helping students achieve communication milestones and overcome barriers to learning. Monitor and document student progress, regularly assessing interventions to support student growth. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to share strategies and ensure successful student outcomes. Maintain compliance with state and district requirements, keeping up-to-date and thorough records. To qualify, you’ll need: An active Texas SLP license (required at time of application). Previous experience in a school environment is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families.
