Job ID:113511 Job Summary This role involves cleaning, painting, and quality control of military and commercial components, applying advanced painting techniques and camouflage, maintaining painting equipment, and mentoring junior painters. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and painting of all manufactured products requiring the highest skill level. Apply paint using all techniques and equipment, including camouflage processes. Select appropriate processes, equipment, and materials for optimal paint application. Determine necessary touch‑ups or full repainting of existing coatings. Identify and mix proper paints and chemicals based on surface assessment and manufacturing instructions. Maintain and clean equipment, paint booths, colonia towards safety standards. Mentor less skilled painters to develop their skills. Complete required reports and paperwork accurately. Follow safety requirements, including ventilation standards, respirator use, no smoking, and personal protective equipment. Log in/out of assigned jobs and complete job paperwork. Qualifications \mall; High School Diploma or GED with a preferred 3+ years of experience in coatings.
