We are passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes independence and dignity.Competitive salary, flexible schedule, training & development.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is advantageous.About Us:ComForCare Home Health Care has been serving the Chattanooga community for over a decade, providing exceptional home care services tailored to individual needs.
