Join Our HR Team as a Healthcare RecruiterHartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will help us build compassionate, expert teams for our inpatient, outpatient, and specialty programs. You will guide candidates from their first touchpoint through onboarding. Your work directly ensures our patients receive life-changing care.Work Location: This is an on-site position at two locations: Hartgrove Behavioral Health Hospital and Garfield Park Hospital, in Chicago, IL.Job DutiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManages the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from job posting to hire.Conducts initial candidate screenings and assessments to present qualified talent to hiring managers.Coordinates interview schedules, extends employment offers.Sources potential candidates by attending job fairs, recruitment events, and exploring new talent avenues.Defines applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and collaborating with hiring managers.Operations & TechnologyPosts job openings and maintains data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Tracks and updates vacancy lists and new hire records.Collaboration & CompliancePartners with the HR Director to determine appropriate salary and hourly wages for applicants.Ensures strict compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.Facilitates onboarding process, including reference checks, background/drug screenings, hiring paperwork, DCFS, IDPH Health Worker registry, & licensure screening.Follows up with new hires to guarantee seamless onboarding experience.Relationship Management & Professional DevelopmentDelivers an exceptional customer experience through clear communication with candidates, managers, vendors, and HR team members.Builds strong relationships across the organization to champion service excellence.Participates actively in meetings, training sessions, in-services, and professional conferences.Work ScheduleFull-time, DaysBenefit & Reward HighlightsChallenging and rewarding work environmentCompetitive Compensation & Generous Paid Time OffExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans401(K) with company match and discounted stock planSoFi Student Loan Refinancing ProgramCareer development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ Subsidiaries!For information about the benefits we offer, please visit UHS Benefits Service Center.About Universal Health ServicesOne of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.
