Tuition savings to continue your education with Chamberlain University May be required to work overtime and flexible hours POSITION SUMMARY The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle, recipes and production sheets. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years experience in quantity cooking preferred, a basic knowledge of modified diets; training in food service sanitation and possession of food service food handler's permit as required; experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils and some prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred. Must have or be able to obtain level one fingerprint clearance card. Quail Run Hospital is a 115-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
