- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to reduce disruptions.
- Assist in the implementation of safety procedures and compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to work on-call hours or irregular shifts if required.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
